Terms

Membership can be purchased online through a direct bank transfer, through Vipps or with card via our Paypal portal. In some cases you can also pay through our physical terminal. Membership will commence immediately and will follow the calendar year (valid until 14 February the following year). Depending on the payment method chosen, you may need to contact us with your contact details so that we can connect your membership to your payment. 

Depending on the form of payment, the subscription will renew annually and automatically on 15. February each year until you cancel. The membership is then valid until 14. February the following year. If the payment method chosen does not allow for automatic renewal, you will receive a faktura to your email address. If you wish to change your payment method, please get in touch with us via email at: post@mentalhelsesvalbard.no. 

There is no commitment period, and if you wish to cancel your membership for any reason, please contact us at: post@mentalhelsesvalbard.no. We kindly ask that you inform us of your wish to cancel by 01. February, 14 days prior to the annual membership due date, to ensure you will not be charged.

If for any reason you wish to request a refund, we ask that you do so in writing within 14 days. You can do so by writing us an email at: post@mentalhelsesvalbard.no. Unfortunately we cannot accept refund requests after this date or via our social media accounts.

If you have an questions or complaints, we ask that you send us an email at: post@mentalhelsesvalbard.no and we will respond as quickly as possible. For serious matters we will contact you and may present the issue at the next Board meeting. We will be as transparent with you as possible whilst always respecting the privacy of the individuals involved.
